Torcello Restaurant - Red Bank Italian CuisineMike Bitici returns to Red Bank to give diners a taste of what they miss most, homemade, authentic Italian cuisine. Since 1980, Mike Bitici has been preparing and serving fresh Italian fare for the most discerning palettes at their award winning restaurant, The Grand Ticino, in Greenwich Village.
An opportunity to bring authentic Italian dining back to the bustling center of Red Bank could not be denied by the Bitici’s. And now, 8 years after opening their first restaurant in Red Bank, the Bitici’s bring their passion and gracious service back to NJ, in the very building they once called home. 91 Broad Street is now home to Torcello Restaurant. Torcello’s stylish, studio design accomplishes an open and spacious ambiance, while at the same time the glow of candles and soft colors offer a warm and welcoming environment. Torcello is the perfect setting for families and friends to gather around the table for a hearty, homemade meal, hand prepared at the time of ordering using only the freshest ingredients. Homemade desserts and freshly brewed coffee, lattes and cappuccinos encourage guests to linger and enjoying good food, friends, family and fun. Torcello’s cuisine is made fresh daily and guests can expect to be greeted by Mike, Zoya and Albert Bitici. The family offers a welcomed commitment and passion for fresh Italian food. Patrons of Torcello can bring their favorite wines to pair with their favorite Italian meal. In addition to fine dining, Torcello offers luncheons and dinners for up to 70 people, cocktail events for up to 100 people, off-premise catering of parties and banquets, home delivery and Fresh-To-Go for busy families who want to enjoy their delicious menu at home. |
