Red Bank Catering - 2 SenzaEleven years later and Jill Green and the staff at 2 Senza is still busy keeping up with a full restaurant and demanding clients. 2 Senza is located in the hip "Galleria" building at the corners of Bridge and Front Streets in Red Bank. The restaurant is BYOB "officially" but there is a wine store that delivers so you can pick from a pre-selected list of wines to accompany your meal. The restaurant is owned by Jill Green; an active member of the community and a host for many local charitable events at her restaurant. In addition to the restaurant business, 2 Senza has an active catering business in Monmouth County. Jill Green's staff is well known for her catering at the Galleria's atrium for parties run by the Galleria tenants but Jill also does catering for charity events or for private parties. Special event planners should add 2 Senza to their list of Red Bank Caterers since the parties that I have attended have been well run and the food quality outstanding. Tonight I was invited to a 40th birthday party catered by 2 Senza and the filet mignon was cooked to perfection. The 60 person guest list was treated to an assortment of tasty hors d'oeuvres before we sat down for dinner. The wait staff were professional and the delivery of food was well coordinated. The menu was not Italian so it was a great opportunity to see Jill's ability to deliver continental cuisine to a large crowd. 2 Senza hit the call out of the park.
